The Ultimate Speed Guarantee: Vodafone guarantees broadband speeds for its customers

In an industry first, from 1st March 2018, Vodafone UK will offer all new and upgrading Home Broadband customers guaranteed minimum speeds.

In an industry first, from 1st March 2018, Vodafone UK will offer all new and upgrading Home Broadband customers the ultimate speed guarantee[i].

We know customers want guaranteed broadband speeds they can rely on. So, on Vodafone’s Superfast 1 package we will guarantee a minimum speed of 25Mbps and on our Superfast 2 package we will guarantee a minimum speed of 55Mbps[ii].

We are so confident in our offer that we will give customers 15% off their monthly bill if we do not deliver these speeds[iii]. All customers need to do is claim via the Vodafone Broadband app.

We also know how important reliable connectivity is for small businesses, whether their office is their spare room or a dedicated offsite space. From downloading large files from the cloud, to updating their website to promote new products or responding to customers on social media, small businesses need broadband speeds they can rely on. For that reason, we are extending our ultimate speed guarantee to our small business customers too.[iv]

Nick Jeffery, Vodafone UK CEO, said: “Whether running a family or a small business, customers want guaranteed broadband speeds they can rely on. That’s why we are launching the ultimate speed guarantee. So whether it’s mum, dad and the kids streaming the latest blockbuster on movie night, or a small business owner videoconferencing with clients, they’ll be able to count on us.”
